Netsys Solutions was founded in May 2005 by Nirmal Kumar Bhonsle. Nirmal had previously worked as a freelance Network and support service engineer for nearly 5 years. It was his observation that support solutions did very little to minimize the downtime of clients. Thus was formed Netsys Solutions. Immediately after its formation , in September 2005 ,Netsys joined hands with Netsys Taiwan for their first big project of Broadband TV for Teleport Bulgaria. The project is in its final stage of implementation. With technology, from day one Netsys has gained confidence of clients by minimizing downtime. Further to consolidate Netsys joined hands with Network Streaming to market their Remote Support solutions in India but then due to low penetration of high speed internet it was a bit difficult. Later in the year India saw another revolution with the launch of broadband by BSNL , India's largest telecom provider. The launch of broadband helped Netsys market their remote support solutions .But the revolution of broadband brought about another challenge , viruses and spy wares. To combat this Netsys sought partnership from Avanquest Uk to provide Zone Alarm solutions to their clients. Meanwhile Netsys's corporate client base was also fast advancing. On the server side Netsys provides yet another effective firewall solution from Agnitum, Outpost Pro Network security. Today Netsys provides support to more than 300 broadband customers with onsite support .As an authorized service provider for different companies Netsys provides support to Airport Authority of India , Kolkata Airport, Railways, BSNL Schools and colleges.. Netsys is now equipped with a state of art telephonic and online support ticket system which has helped in REINVENTING SUPPORT |
